Home Staging: Before & After

Example 1 – Before, master bedroom sitting area was not very inviting, lacked lighting, and pizzazz. After – We brought in some greenery, moved the end table closer to the chaise, added a lamp, and a throw. Now it looks like a great spot to cozy-up with a good book.

Example 2 – Sometimes, just simple de-cluttering will do the trick in focusing the client’s eye on the home and its features, rather than what’s on the counters, or family photos, or all the liquor sitting around. Cleaning up was the important element here.

Example 3 – Using furniture that is too big for a room only makes the space seem smaller. In this home, we removed one of the large loveseat sofa, and replaced it with a smaller scaled chair. We removed the clutter around the fireplace so it could actually be seen, added a lamp, throws, pillows, and a few plants to make this home ready for entertaining.
